Island-wide delivery takes 2–4 business days. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day.

Delivery is free on all orders over Rs 10,000. A flat fee of Rs 350 applies to smaller orders.

Yes — cash on delivery (COD) is available island-wide at no extra charge.

We offer 7-day free returns on all orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Email us at returns@aalaapparel.lk or contact us via Instagram. We'll arrange a free pickup from your door.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

We carry XS, S, M, L, and XL. All pieces are cut for Sri Lankan proportions — if you're between sizes, size up.

Measure your bust, waist, and hips with a soft tape measure. Compare to the size chart on each product page.

We don't offer custom sizes currently, but every piece has detailed measurements on the product page.

Once dispatched you'll receive a WhatsApp or SMS with your tracking link. You can also check your order history in My orders.

Tracking can take up to 24h to update after dispatch. If it's been longer, contact us and we'll look into it.

Yes — every piece is designed and made in our studio in Rathgama, Galle.

We drop new pieces every Friday. Members get early access 24h before the public drop.

We work primarily with linen, cotton, and silk sourced locally where possible. Fabric details are listed on each product page.

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order goes into production and cannot be modified.
