Acceptance of terms
By using the Aala Apparel website and placing orders, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Orders and payment
All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes. We accept credit/debit cards, cash on delivery, and Koko. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Delivery
We deliver island-wide within 2–4 business days. Free delivery on orders over Rs 10,000. Delivery fees apply to smaller orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.
Returns and refunds
You may return unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange a free pickup. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable unless faulty.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including images, copy, and designs — is the intellectual property of Aala Apparel. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aala Apparel is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
